Firstly, all necessary raw materials, including cold-rolled steel plates, aluminum alloy plates, steel corners, flat rectangular tubes, screws, and rivets, are collected. These materials undergo strict inventory management, including material counting, classification, and size inspection.
Next, the raw materials need to be cut to meet the size requirements of the final intelligent integrated cabinet. The cutting process mainly involves the use of punching and shearing equipment for plate cutting and shaping. The cutting methods include planing, shearing, and stamping.
After cutting, the raw materials are shaped and assembled. This includes using a cutting machine to shape the plates, welding the plates into components with electric welding equipment, and fixing the components with bolts and rivets. Meanwhile, finished product inspection is carried out to check the conformity, strength, appearance, and size of the intelligent integrated cabinet. The main processes include welding, which involves welding the various parts that make up the intelligent integrated cabinet, requiring grinding, assembly, and other procedures; riveting, which involves riveting the various parts of the cabinet and requires drilling, riveting, and other steps; and coating, which involves spraying the assembled cabinet. The coating methods include electrophoresis, electrostatic spraying, and painting.
Once the intelligent integrated cabinet production is completed, strict testing is conducted to ensure that all key technical indicators meet the requirements. This includes testing the flatness, dimensional accuracy, and strength of the cabinet baseplate. Throughout the production process, the cabinet undergoes detailed tightness testing, appearance and box line inspection, film thickness measurement, ground contact inspection, and total installation length measurement.
Finally, after the production is completed, the intelligent integrated cabinets undergo packaging and outbound processing. Packaging methods include foam packaging, wooden box packaging, and plastic packaging. Different transportation and express logistics services are provided in different regions.
