The engineering department decides the drawing with the customer and sends it to the workshop director, who assigns the task of outdoor cabinets to the front track generation team leader and the back track production team leader according to the delivery time. According to the engineering and purchase orders of the engineering department, the warehouse prepares all the materials required for making cabinets and sends them to the workshop.
Cutting using laser cutting, part of the workpiece need shutters, drawing holes, point punching and other processes to be laser cutting good with CNC turret pressure. Bending, for making the precise outdoor cabinets ,the workpiece according to the needs of customers into customer requirements size and shape, bending engineers need to fully consider the bending order, bending deduction, bending interference, to ensure the size accuracy of the workpiece. Multiple workpieces are welded together to form them, and the welding machines used are argon arc welding machines, two protection welding machines, electric welding machines, aluminum welding machines, laser welding machines, etc. Grinding is to smooth the workpiece that has been welded together, remove the welding slag generated during welding, and improve the powder coating rate during spraying, and then the semi-finished product inspection. In this process, the previous process of sheet metal is basically completed. For the workpiece with batch orders or high requirements, pre-assembly test should be carried out before spraying to ensure that there is no interference in the whole and whether the size of the outdoor cabinet is consistent with the drawing. The unqualified products should be replenished in time.
Surface treatment generally includes: painting, spraying, oxidation (for aluminum parts), galvanized, nickel plating (mostly copper parts), titanium plating (mostly stainless steel parts), chromium plating, etc., after such treatment, it can ensure the appearance is more beautiful, and it can also protect the outdoor cabinet.
According to customer requirements on the product printing customer needs content, LOGO, decorative waist line, etc., generally small and medium-sized batch using screen printing, large quantities (such as cabinet door panel) using UV printing process, the ink used are outdoor weather resistant ink, durable, not discoloration, not falling off, Some stainless steel products can also use the laser marking process to laser the content of the product.
