The top panel of the PS electrical control cabinet can be removed, and the side panels are detachable, providing greater convenience for work. The door panel is designed with a high ground clearance of approximately 25mm, ensuring smooth and flexible door opening.
The unique nine-fold profile frame of the PS electrical control cabinet, welded as a whole, not only ensures the high strength of the cabinet but also achieves an IP54 protection rating. The special door panel reinforcement system using square tubes can be screwed onto the door panel for easy disassembly.
The densely arranged 25mm spacing modular holes on the PS electrical control cabinet frame ensure installation flexibility and universality.
The galvanized mounting plate can be pushed into the interior from the front through the guide rails using plastic sliders. The U-shaped folded edges on both sides make the mounting plate more secure and easier to handle.
Surface treatment of the PS electrical control cabinet includes a phosphating primer treatment for the cabinet, and a powder coating exterior. The color options are RAL7032 and RAL7035 textures, while the mounting plate is galvanized.
